What a fun month we have been having. December has brought us lots of snow which had made recess a ton of fun. The students are getting faster at putting on and taking off all of their winter clothes. Lots of the students are able to zip on their own which makes things easier for everyone when getting ready to head outside!
We've enjoyed time with our big pals and even got to hear an oral story told by Mr.C.
The kindergarteners had a wonderful holiday concert lead by Mrs.Drew. Thank you all for coming to see them shine!
Take a peek at the pictures below to see some of the other things we have been up to in December. I especially love the pictures of the students playing "feel the shape". We placed shape blocks in our mystery box and had to feel the shapes and guess which shape they were touching. All of the kindergarteners were very good at guessing because they were able to feel the number of sides and vertices. Enjoy the pictures and check back next week for some pictures of the students exploring our gingerbread unit!
